The idea is to use live yeast, lithotamne and a mixture of acidifiers and plants to make the most of large quantities of cereals while reducing protein intake.
We have managed to achieve starch + sugar levels of 30% and a reduction of 1 to 1.2% in crud protein (CD) in the ration, without creating acidosis and while improving performance on VLHP.
